Marketplace seller tool Teikametrics named a former TikTok executive its new president. Sandie Hawkins formerly headed ecommerce in the US at the popular social media company.
Teikametrics helps brands grow across marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. It facilitates over $15 billion in GMV and optimizes over 180 million SKUs. So it’s significant that it turned to TikTok for its new leader.
Teikametrics said Hawkins’ deep knowledge of marketplace-driven ecommerce will enable it to scale and expand its offerings, “enhancing consumer engagement not only on current platforms but also on emerging, fast-growing marketplaces where shoppers increasingly make purchasing decisions.”
