The leadership team at Xometry Inc. continues to grow with the new addition of two experienced executives.

Xometry is a manufacturing services B2B marketplace. It has appointed a new chief marketing officer as well as a new president.

Who are the new Xometry executives?

Xometry has appointed Stephany Verstraete as chief marketing officer. Verstraete was formerly chief marketing and engagement officer at Teladoc Health. She’s known for her expertise in building and scaling businesses, brands, and high-performing teams across consumer technology, ecommerce, and healthcare sectors.

“She will help further build our brands, enhance customer experiences, and drive profitable growth across our global footprint,” the company stated.

At Teladoc Health, Verstraete was responsible for driving enterprise-wide growth through marketing, communications, and product experience. Her previous roles include senior leadership positions at Match.com, Expedia Group, and PepsiCo. She specialized in brand building, go-to-market strategy, performance marketing, and product experience.

Verstraete also serves on the boards of Avalon Healthcare Solutions and Tecsys, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Queen’s University and an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

In addition to Verstraete, Xometry recently appointed Sanjeev Singh Sahni as president, a newly created role. Sahni will oversee global operations, product development, technology, and workforce initiatives. He will report directly to CEO Randy Altschuler.

Sahni brings extensive B2B and ecommerce experience from his tenure at Wayfair, where he served as Vice President of B2B ecommerce and Head of B2B & B2C Sales. At Wayfair, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s multi-billion-dollar B2B operations, enhancing customer experience, and developing international supply chain capabilities. He also led CastleGate Forwarding, Wayfair’s digital freight forwarding division.

Before Wayfair, Sahni was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies and government entities on transportation, logistics, and strategy. As part of his compensation package, Sahni will receive an annual base salary of $460,000, a performance-based bonus equal to 70% of his base salary, and stock valued at $2.25 million.
