St. Regis’s latest opening will have you dreaming of island breezes.

The renowned hospitality company has just debuted the St. Regis Aruba Resort, its first property on the island. The 252-key hotel—including 52 suites—was designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates and gives visitors to Aruba a luxe new option when it comes to accommodations.

The property is surrounded by blue waters.

Along with the well-appointed rooms, the St. Regis Aruba offers a host of amenities that could keep you on property throughout your vacation. The two pools have private cabanas for all-day lounging, while the St. Regis Spa includes treatments inspired by the island setting. There’s a state-of-the-art fitness center for getting some reps in, as well as the Children’s Club for families traveling with young kids. Plus, the Aruba hotel features the first St. Regis casino.

“Aruba is one of the most remarkable islands in the Caribbean, and we are proud to unveil the St. Regis Aruba Resort on the pristine shores of Palm Beach, further expanding our global portfolio of legendary hotels and resorts,” George Fleck, the senior vice president and global brand leader for St. Regis, said in a statement. “As we continue to celebrate 120 years of timeless elegance, we remain deeply focused on growing our resort portfolio and solidifying St. Regis as the ultimate symbol of luxury leisure destinations and one-of-a-kind experiences.”

When it comes to dining, the St. Regis has upped the ante with six different culinary destinations on site. The marquee offering is an eponymous rooftop restaurant from chef Akira Back, serving up Japanese- and Korean-inspired cuisine. There’s also Caribbean restaurant Eskama and Aruban-inspired beachside spot Nuba. For a quick coffee, you can stop by Grano Café, or linger at one of two bars—Ventura and the St. Regis Bar. At the latter, you can get a taste of the property’s signature Bon Bini Mary, a play on the Bloody Mary with papaya, lime, habanero chili, and aromatic spices.

“Aruba has long been a haven for travelers seeking exceptional escapes, and St. Regis’s legendary vanguard spirit and traditions are a perfect fit for this extraordinary destination,” Brian King, the president of Caribbean and Latin America for Marriott International, St. Regis’s parent company, said in a statement.

Soaking up the sun from the St. Regis Aruba’s beachside locale doesn’t sound too shabby to us.
