The kitchen is big enough to include an eat-in bar, and there’s a separate living room. It’s prewar, so not a soulless box, and the hardwood floors throughout are a nice touch. Monthlies are $893 and come with laundry and a gym, and if you want to take a walk, you’re just a few blocks from the East River.
