US Judge Keeps Pause on ‘Deferred Resignation’ for Federal Workers

A federal judge in Boston has again pushed back the deadline for federal workers to accept the Trump administration’s “deferred resignation” offer, after hearing arguments that often focused on whether unions will face harm without an order pausing the program pending litigation.
