Throughout Season 10 of Southern Charm, Shep Rose has made it clear that he saw a future with Sienna Evans. As he revealed in Episode 11, he even envisioned them having kids together.
As Shep continued struggling to connect with Sienna during the cast’s trip to the Bahamas, he decided to tell her exactly how he was feeling about her during the February 20 episode. “Sienna,” Shep started, “Obviously, we both came out of the gate awfully hot, and it was very passionate, and wonderful, and that’s true, right?”
When Sienna agreed, confirming, “We had a lot of fun,” Shep continued, “Then, it got hotter and heavier, as far as we what we were saying to one another. And I thought that maybe the universe had brought us together.”
“You would mention to me that, ‘Oh we would have the prettiest babies,’ We would have these beautiful kids who are smart and go to the…” Shep continued before stopping to organize his thoughts. “They would be connected to nature and the ocean, and we would just live all over the world and have adventures. This was in my mind.”
Sienna seemed surprised, declaring, “Shep, I never knew that you were thinking like that!”
After Shep confirmed he was indeed thinking about their future, he said, “You made my life better. You made me want to be a better man.”

Shep’s gushing over Sienna didn’t end there. “I’m wildly, wildly attracted to you, and I am actually in love with you,” he said. “I don’t want to put you on the spot. I just, I don’t even know where we stand.”
Sienna seemed to have a different perspective, explaining, “Well, I mean, on my end of things I feel like, we never kind of defined what the relationship was, you know?”
“You had to have known how I felt, right?” asked Shep, to which she confirmed, “Now I do, 100 percent. Now I do,”
At that, Shep paused the conversation, saying “Let’s just hold it there.”
Shep elaborated on his position during an interview. “Life is way too short to ignore a strong feeling about somebody. You know? In a relationship,” he said. “‘Cause guess what? Doesn’t happen every other day! Trust me, I know.”
The two went to dinner arm-in-arm, but tensions continued throughout the meal. When Shep headed to the bar with Austen Kroll to recap what he felt was a conversation that got the relationship back on track, Sienna wasn’t feeling as strongly about their connection.
In fact, after Madison LeCroy asked point-blank whether Shep and Sienna were “actually together,” she gave a noncommittal answer.
“We never had that conversation in the first place,” Sienna revealed to the table, “We never said we’re going to be in a relationship; we never said we’re going to be exclusive. So were we together? Hmm, maybe. I don’t know.”
