Georgia Plaintiffs’ Lawyers See Governor’s Tort Reform Bill as ‘All-Out Attack on Right to Trial By Jury’

Injured parties being forced to relive past horrors multiple times on a witness stand are among the problems some plaintiffs’ lawyers see in Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp’s tort reform legislation that state lawmakers are considering this year.
