A federal judge denied most of Glenn Straub’s attempts to dismiss the claims in a $500 million civil RICO suit brought by Robin Fleming, CEO and owner of Miss America.
Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks partially granted a motion to dismiss three claims, but allowed 15 other counts to proceed.
