“Every day’s a holiday,” for Kathy Hilton, and that’s why her Christmas decorations never go out of style.
On March 3, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend hopped on her Instagram to share a peek inside an area of her massive Bel-Air home as she prepped for the 97th annual Academy Awards. In the process, the California mom, who was rocking a sparkly gold dress for the occasion, explained why she still had all of her Christmas decorations up.
“Happy Oscar Sunday! I’m all dressed up and ready to go and celebrate all of the winners and I’m very excited,” Kathy began. Her daughter Nicky Hilton, who was presumably filming the video, then asked, “Mom…it’s March 2. Why is the Christmas tree still up?”
“Nicky, every day’s a holiday,” Kathy exclaimed in response. “You know I love to celebrate.”

The above post isn’t the first time we’ve seen Kathy put her Christmas decorations on display outside of the holiday season.
Back in July 2024, Kathy’s younger sister, Kyle Richards, revealed a curious development in a room in the home. “You guys, if this feels strange it’s because it is,” Kyle laughed as she showed off the fully decorated Christmas tree, a nutcracker figurine, Santa Claus figures, and a garland on the mantel. What’s more, Kyle panned to a table with an evergreen-colored tablecloth and a mini Christmas tree on top.
“Christmas in July” Kyle wrote over her Instagram Story, also noting that the decor was “for charity.”

Christmas decorations aren’t the only dazzling element to Kathy’s residence. Over the years, we’ve gotten a few glimpses inside Kathy’s stunning abode, which includes, among many other features, a chic blue-and-white living room, a grand foyer, and sprawling tennis courts.
Moreover, in a 2021 interview with Bustle, Kathy showed off the various traditional elements to her home (which was built in the 1930s) as well as more modern pieces. There’s an antique painting hanging over the grand staircase, for example, but there’s also artwork from Takashi Murakami and an Andy Warhol portrait of Mick Jagger.
In the video above, the RHOBH friend brought Bravo inside her home to see her designer-filled closet and beauty prep area, which were, in short, glamorous.
