The athlete explained in an email interview with Shape, on behalf of the lifestyle app WeWard, that focusing on daily habits allows her to feel like her “best self every single day.”

Staying hydrated, having a healthy diet, walking everyday, and prioritizing sleep are just a few ways she rewards her body.
