Oftentimes, when moving into a new home, you import your own design touches or shop for ones that fit the space. At this Palm Desert property, though, all the furniture has been custom-designed for the house and inspired by its surroundings.
Neven and Jenna Zeremski, the couple behind the Los Angeles–based direct-to-designer furniture company Olivya Stone, are selling the unique four-bedroom, five-bathroom at 73380 Agave Lane in California’s Coachella Valley. (The listing is held by James Gault and Rich Nolan at Compass.) Throughout the $4.3 million home, originally built by the architect Ross Stout, they’ve added furnishings that play off the desert contemporary design.
The primary bedroom includes a bronze-clad fireplace.

Many pieces are found in the home’s great room, which sports 14-foot ceilings and glass walls that allow for east-west views of the surrounding mountains. A layered metallic coffee table is centered in the living room, while one of the dining tables features a monolithic travertine pedestal with a sculptural accent. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen has been decked out with appliances from Wolf, Miele, and Thermador.

The grandeur continues in the primary wing, with similarly tall ceilings and a spa-scale bathroom. There’s a large walk-in closet, a bronze-clad fireplace for the cool desert nights, and a massage therapy room if you don’t feel like venturing out to the backyard spa. Inside the main house, there are two additional guest suites, and outside there’s a separate casita with its own living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

Of course, one of the best parts of living in Southern California is the region’s weather, and the home comes with a host of outdoor amenities for enjoying the year-round sunshine. There’s a dark-bottom pool and a 12-person spa for water lovers, a sun deck, and 1,000 square feet of covered space for when you need to cool off. You can practice your stroke at the putting green or get your chef on in the outdoor kitchen, equipped with both a grill and a pizza oven.
Situated within the gated Ironwood Country Club, the estate also comes with access to the amenities on the grounds, including two full golf courses, tennis courts, a full-service spa, and other communal spaces.
