Former George Mason University law professor Joshua D. Wright has reached a settlement with one of the women who accused him of sexual misconduct and voluntarily dismissed claims against the second defendant in his defamation lawsuit.
Counsel for Wright filed a motion for nonsuit March 6, prompting a Virginia state judge to call off the jury trial that would have otherwise begun this week.
