ShipMonk opens two more fulfillment centers for ecommerce

ShipMonk has opened two new fulfillment centers in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Pittston, Pennsylvania.

The expansion adds over 1 million square feet to ShipMonk’s logistics network, increasing its total operational footprint to more than 3 million square feet across over 12 fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. ShipMonk is a third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in ecommerce fulfillment and inventory management.

The Las Vegas campus includes more than 800,000 square feet of warehouse space across two facilities, while the Pittston campus adds 650,000 square feet. Both locations are equipped with climate-controlled storage, advanced automation, and 24/7 security. Combined, the facilities can process over 300,000 orders per month, with the capacity to scale up to more than 1 million orders during peak periods, the company said.

“These Las Vegas and Pittston facilities aren’t just bigger — they’re smarter and faster,” said Mike Passales, ShipMonk’s chief supply chain officer. “Our technology and infrastructure investments allow us to deliver faster shipping, increased order accuracy, and better inventory control.”

ShipMonk leverages technology, automation, robotics, and machinery to manage fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping for ecommerce businesses. The company has invested more than $3 million annually in research and development to integrate advanced automation and smart warehouse management systems. This technology enables two-day shipping, a 99.95% order accuracy rate, and 99.8% inventory accuracy, the company said. It also offers fulfillment services seven days a week.

The Las Vegas fulfillment center is located at 4970 E. North Belt Rd., North Las Vegas, NV, and employs over 200 staff members. The Pittston facility is at 160 Research Drive, Pittston, PA, with more than 175 staff members. Both locations feature multiple quality control checkpoints and real-time order tracking.

ShipMonk shipped more than 40 million packages in 2024 and employs over 2,300 staff members. The company provides logistics solutions for direct-to-consumer brands and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for seven consecutive years.
