The Delaware House of Representatives Judiciary Committee sent the bill proposing changes to the state’s corporate code on to the House at large following a more than three-hour hearing Wednesday.
Nine committee members voted to release the bill on its merits, leaving one more hurdle for Senate Bill 21 to clear before it goes to the desk of Gov. Matt Meyer.
