Ingram Micro Inc. has announced the launch of its AI-powered Xvantage Integrations Hub, designed to simplify and accelerate SaaS integrations for businesses.

The platform enables near-instant integration with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho — reducing integration time from months to minutes. The Integrations Hub automates complex integration processes, improving operational efficiency and driving faster decision-making, the company says. It is currently available in nine countries and allows businesses to streamline operations, enhance security, and scale more effectively.

Brayton Taylor, owner of Taylor Tech LLC, praised the platform.

“What used to take months now takes minutes,” Taylor said. “The streamlined setup and frictionless experience make it incredibly powerful.”

Ingram Micro is also enhancing its support for resellers and vendors in the ecommerce space by offering a comprehensive suite of API-driven solutions and digital tools.

The company’s product catalog search API allows resellers to search the product catalog, check availability, and manage stock levels in real time. The order management API automates order creation, tracking, and status updates, streamlining the entire order lifecycle. Real-time inventory management helps resellers improve accuracy and reduce overselling.

Ingram Micro also offers a fully featured web store platform through third-party partnerships. It enables resellers to quickly establish an online presence and sell directly to customers. To enhance the shopping experience, the company provides rich product content, including detailed descriptions, images, and marketing text. All of these help to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.

Its EDI capabilities integrate business processes and automate data flows, reducing costs and improving operational efficiency. Ingram Micro’s Cloud Marketplace connects resellers with a broad ecosystem of cloud solutions, making it easier to purchase, provision, and manage cloud services. The Xvantage platform further enhances business operations by offering process automation, workflow expedition, B2B quoting, and customer offering expansion.

    Ingram Micro fiscal 2024 results

Recently, Ingram Micro reported solid fiscal 2024 results. Ingram Micro net sales totaled $48.0 billion, a slight decrease of 0.1% year over year due to currency fluctuations.

Net income for the year was $264.2 million, while non-GAAP net income reached $627.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $1.32 billion. Cash from operations was strong at $333.8 million, and the company repaid $483.1 million of debt in 2024, bringing total debt repayment to $1.56 billion since 2022. The board declared a dividend of $0.074 per share, payable on March 25, 2025.

CEO Paul Bay highlighted strength in Cloud and Client and Endpoint Solutions, underscoring the impact of AI investments and disciplined spending. He emphasized that Ingram Micro’s strategy of innovating and differentiating on the platform is driving momentum, positioning the company to accelerate growth into 2025. Chief financial officer Mike Zilis reinforced the company’s commitment to profitable growth and operational efficiency, noting that the technological investments made over the past year have positioned Ingram Micro well to help customers and vendors gain operational efficiencies and improve margins.
