Güntner has introduced mySpareParts, a new ecommerce platform within its myGüntner customer portal.

The platform aims to simplify the spare parts ordering process by offering real-time stock availability, order tracking, and multiple payment options. MyGüntner is an online portal that Güntner uses to interact with customers, providing a centralized platform for assorted services.

Along with the newly launched mySpareParts, myGüntner includes a product configurator (myGPC). It allows customers to find and configure the needed cooling product for their projects. The platform also offers collaboration tools that enable project participants and partners to work together and share information. Güntner is a global manufacturer of refrigeration and heat exchange technology.

    New Güntner mySpareParts platform

The mySpareParts platform enhances spare parts identification by allowing customers to search using current device data or a photo search. It also provides access to technical documents such as installation guides, expert articles, and product manuals. Customers can search for spare parts using item codes, keywords, or images through a user-friendly interface. Immediate delivery options from Güntner’s U.S. warehouse and multiple payment choices help ensure a faster and more transparent ordering process.

The service is available to existing customers in the United States with a Business Partner Account, while new customers can register through the myGüntner portal.

Güntner’s expansion of myGüntner reflects its strategy to improve customer service and operational efficiency. The company expects that streamlining the ordering process and improving order transparency will help customers minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.

Güntner employs over 4,000 people and operates in more than 50 countries, with six manufacturing plants across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
