Craig Conover is sounding off on Paige DeSorbo’s recent comments about their breakup.
In case you missed it, Paige shared that her communication with Craig wasn’t always great, and that he wasn’t as supportive of her career as she would have liked on both Summer House and the Summer House After Show.
However, the Sewing Down South founder said he isn’t too concerned with what Paige is saying about him these days.
“Look, whatever my ex and her friends said about me before we broke up is kind of in the past,” the Southern Charm-er said on the March 27 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“When Paige did her first breakup podcast, she said I was the best boyfriend she ever had, and I truly believe we had a wonderful relationship,” he said in response to her feeling like he wasn’t supportive of her Giggly Squad podcast tour. “I think I was one of the most supportive people in her life, but I can’t control what they say about it. I have my memories, and we had a great relationship, and now I’m moving on with my life.”

When host Andy Cohen pressed him about her feeling unsupported, Craig disagreed with the sentiment. “She did [feel supported],” he said. “She felt that way.”
“She might have been over the relationship, but she never not felt supported by me, in my opinion. But, again, why does it matter?” he said. “But, [we’re] also talking about the girl who broke up with me a couple months after this.”

The Charleston resident is trying to put his breakup behind him.
“I think her side of things convinced her that things were going to go a certain way, and through the choices that she made after the breakup, things turned on her,” Craig said on WWHL. “I haven’t done anything except try to move on with my life, and I’m really happy in the chapter that I’m in.”
