How a Delaware Judge Ordered Switchboard to Reveal Its Crypto Token Records

Switchboard has less than 10 days to provide co-founders and minority shareholders of the company access to its books and records in connection with its planned cryptocurrency token offering, following an order entered this week by a Delaware state court.

Uri Itkin and Marshall Baker, partners at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in the Am Law 50 firm’s New York office, and local counsel Catherine Gaul of Ashby & Geddes are among the litigators representing the plaintiffs, Zachary Bruch and Joshua Kaufman, in their Delaware General Corporation Law Section 220 books and records action on the defendant, Switchboard.
