President Donald Trump on Thursday issued an executive order against Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, intensifying his battle against big law firms.
The order suspended security clearances for Wilmer employees, restricted access to government buildings, barred firm employees from employment with federal agencies, terminated federal government contracts involving Wilmer and pledged to review the firm’s DEI practices to ensure their compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
