A lawsuit filed by former Thompson Hine partner Rebecca Brazzano, alleging she suffered sexual harassment and gender discrimination at the firm, will move forward following a federal judge’s opinion and order on Monday.
Brazzano, who was a partner in New York and the firm’s pro bono committee chair, filed the federal gender discrimination suit against the Cleveland-founded Am Law 200 firm and three partners in February 2024, alleging New York partner Richard De Palma, the firm’s former vice chair of litigation, created a “toxic boys club locker room” environment and targeted her and other female colleagues for harassment.
