Melissa Gorga is expanding her “Let’s Sprinkle” empire! Four months after The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom released her first batch of sprinkle cookies, she has launched a brand-new, sprinkle-filled product to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Melissa took to Instagram on Tuesday, April 1, where she announced the launch of her coffeecake and the first product from her line that isn’t sprinkle cookies. In the photo carousel, Melissa can be seen wearing a butter yellow mini dress, holding the circular, colorful coffee cake in one hand, as she opened an oven in her other hand.
“Soft, moist, [and] rich. The batter is filled with colorful sprinkles!” she wrote in the caption of the post. “It’s topped with a buttery streusel crumb and a hint of vanilla. The perfect Spring cake for all your Easter [and] Mother’s Day celebrations!”
The cake is currently available to order for $32.99 on the Let’s Sprinkle website.
Several of Melissa’s friends and loved ones took to the comments section of the post, where they shared their words of encouragement for the mom of three. “Can’t hold her down!” Melissa’s husband, Joe Gorga, wrote alongside a crown emoji.
“Yummmm,” Rachel Fuda added. “Congratulations! Looks delicious !!!”
“Delish!!” Margaret Josephs noted. “Can’t wait to have it for Easter!!”
Melissa Gorga reveals details on her sprinkle cookie business’ net worth
In an April 1 interview with People, Melissa revealed that the Let’s Sprinkle business has brought in $500,000 in revenue since the December 2024 launch. Because of this, she wanted to bring a brand new product to her audience, and coffee cake just happened to fit into the business perfectly.
“I was so overwhelmed, but so overjoyed with how the response was to the sprinkle cookies,” she noted. “Everyone went so crazy, so we knew we wanted to do something more. We came up with the most amazing sprinkle coffee cake.”
It also helps that her husband, their daughter Antonia Gorga, and their sons, Gino and Joey Gorga, are huge fans of the product. “I have it here at my house, and we just cut away at it every time we have a cup of coffee at night,” she noted. “When we want a little snack, we just keep cutting a little bit off. I’m going to turn into a sprinkle because I can’t stop.”

Let’s Sprinkle by MG is Melissa’s baked goods line that she launched in Dec. 2024 with sprinkle cookies. “My passion for sprinkle cookies is finally available for you! With [Sprinkle by MG], the ultimate sprinkle butter cookie that’s as chic as it is delicious! Trust me…you will NOT want to throw these in the garbage,” she wrote in the caption of an Instagram post at the time.
During a Dec. 18 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Melissa opened up about why she decided to start the business now. “It is the best timing,” she shared. “Everything happens for a reason; I really believe in that.”
What’s next for Melissa Gorga?
After all of this hard work in just the first four months of the year, Melissa is looking forward to getting some much-needed rest. She shared with People that she plans on going to Florida for Easter with her family this year.
“We’re going out to Boca with the family,” she explained. “My cousin goes with her kids, so we get together and we go to Boca for like five days and just get into the sun a little bit and just get away, you know? We’ve been working so much. We all just need a little vacation together, so we’ll be in Florida for Easter this year.”
