Say “Cheerio” to a newly built home in one of London’s poshest neighborhoods.

The three-bedroom, four-bath townhouse is double-fronted, making it one of the widest builds in Belgravia, a sought-after Central London district with easy access to Hyde Park, Sloane Square, and Knightsbridge. Priced at £14 million ($17.8 million), the listing is held by Darcy Hunt and Becky Fatemi at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty.

The primary bathroom is wrapped in marble, while the tub is encased in mirrored panels.

“This property provides a combination that is very appealing to buyers; classic architecture, and a well-proportioned house, painted the beautiful white colour that you find across much of Belgravia, married with all the criteria that modern, luxury buyers expect,” Hunt said in a statement. The interior design, courtesy of Xenia, also includes top-notch wood and fabric finishes.

A double-height entrance hall welcomes you into the ground floor of the four-story home—which, yes, includes an elevator so that you don’t have to constantly be high-stepping it up and down the stairs. The sleek kitchen is found on the ground floor, along with a larger-than-usual reception room, in terms of the London standard. Upstairs, on the second floor, there’s an even larger reception room with a fireplace, along with one of the home’s three ensuite bedrooms. Another floor up sits the primary bedroom, with two separate dressing rooms and a marble-lined bathroom.

Down below, on the lower ground floor (aka the fully finished basement), is where you’ll encounter many of the townhouse’s extra perks, chief among them, a movie theater with fabric walls for sound baffling. Elsewhere is a cozy study for getting some work done, while both a private garden and a rooftop terrace serve as ideal spots for dining alfresco when the London weather decides to cooperate. Another of the home’s choicest features is the private garage, which has room for one vehicle.

Last year, London’s luxury property market may have taken a bit of a hit, as buyers held off in advance of the budget released in the fall. But that hasn’t slowed down things this year, as several multimillion-dollar properties have hit the market in the past month alone. A two-bedroom coach house inspired in part by Frank Sinatra boasts an $11.9 million price tag. And a 300-year-old residence with royal history has splashed down for about $27.7 million.
