The Campbell’s Co. has named Aaron Gwinner as senior vice president and chief digital and technology officer, effective April 14.
He will lead Campbell’s digital strategy and oversee its information technology operations.

Gwinner joins the food and beverage manufacturer from Reynolds American, where he served as chief information officer since 2019. During his tenure, he helped drive the company’s technology and data initiatives. Prior to that, he spent 26 years at The Coca-Cola Company in a range of IT leadership roles, including CIO for digital, marketing, and public affairs.

At Campbell’s, Gwinner will report to Dan Poland, executive vice president and chief enterprise transformation officer. According to the Campbell’s, Gwinner’s role will focus on accelerating digital transformation and modernizing technology capabilities to support enterprise growth.
“Throughout a 30-year career, Aaron has a history of driving substantial growth through advanced analytics and developing cutting-edge digital strategies,” Poland said. “I’m confident that his experience in driving digital transformation and his collaborative leadership will help us improve our ways of working and deliver top-tier performance.”
Gwinner began his career in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Kennesaw State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
The announcement comes as Campbell’s continues efforts to modernize operations and expand digital initiatives across its Meals & Beverages and Snacks divisions. The company reported $9.6 billion in net sales for fiscal 2024.
