    U.S District Judge Richard Leon indicated Wednesday that it could be “weeks,” not days, before he issued his ruling in Wilmer Cutler Picking Hale and Dorr’s case challenging President Donald Trump’s executive order against the firm.

    Leon heard oral arguments from both sides in a roughly hour-long hearing with a packed courtroom. Leon appeared to push back on the federal government’s argument that the executive order as a whole was not retaliatory toward the law firm.
