As a travel writer, I often get comments like, “Wow, you have a dream job!” And yes, I won’t lie, it’s pretty great. But every now and then, I hear about a gig so good, it raises some stiff competition. And that’s exactly what happened when I learned Casinos.org is hiring someone to eat their way through Las Vegas.

“We’re searching for one lucky food lover to take on the tastiest job in Las Vegas—officially testing the most legendary buffets on the Strip,” the website explains. “If you’ve ever dreamed of being paid to feast like a high roller, your moment has arrived.”

If you’re selected, you’ll receive a four-night stay at a hotel on the Strip, along with $500 in flight credits for you and a guest if you want to bring along a plus-one. You’ll also receive “$1,000 in cold, hard cash to live your best Vegas life.”

“Think endless piles of fresh crab legs, prime rib carved to order, global cuisine that’ll take your taste buds on a world tour, and dessert spreads that would make Willy Wonka jealous,” the listing adds. “This isn’t just dinner—it’s a full-on food festival, and you’re the VIP guest.”

Specifically, the company would love for you to taste-test the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, which claims to be the “biggest” buffet in Vegas; the Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas, which includes tastings from 16 different kitchens; Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan, which offers a market dining experience; the Buffet at Bellagio, which includes Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and American cuisines; and the A.Y.C.E. Buffet at Palms, which comes with seven food stations. Of course, you can try others if you wish, too. You’ll even get two sets of travel clothes from Vuori because “elasticated waistbands are your friend.”

The only requirements are that you are a U.S. or Canadian citizen, are 21 years old or older, and are willing to create and post one TikTok or Instagram video review for each buffet you visit.

Entries close at 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2025. The winner will also be expected to travel and conduct their “research” between June 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025. (The company noted the winner will be selected and contacted within five working days of the competition closing date and must respond within 24 hours of initial contact to accept the position. Otherwise, it will go to the next person.) See all the rules and enter for your shot at Casinos.org.
