Maserati has recalled 21 GranTurismo coupes from model year 2024 because their tire labels can detach from the driver’s side door pillar. Without a label, owners may not know how much weight their car can carry, and could overload it.
Why such a small number of affected cars? Because Maserati has isolated the problem to one specific batch of topcoat paint.
Dealers will fix it by attaching a new tire label with an adhesive compatible with the paint layer.
