Inside the Edition’s City-View Residences in Nashville’s Gulch Neighborhood

The Edition is gearing up to say “Howdy” to Nashville.

The boutique hotelier is officially launching sales at its upcoming Residences at the Nashville Edition, 84 private condos that will span the top 15 floors of the new Edition hotel that’s soon to open in the Gulch neighborhood. With prices starting at $1.7 million, the condos will range from one to four bedrooms, with two half-floor penthouses occupying the tower’s highest level. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will oversee marketing, with Corcoran Reverie handling sales.

Two half-floor penthouses will have spacious private terraces.

“Nashville is a fast-growing and sophisticated city that deserves the highest level of residences that thoughtfully combine privacy, design, lifestyle, and hospitality,” Mick Walsdorf, the CEO of Tidal Real Estate Partners, said in a statement. Tidal is working with Left Lane Development and Marriott International on the property. “By collaborating with a world-class brand in this exceptional and sought-after location, we’re confident that The Residences at The Nashville Edition will become Nashville’s most desired new address.”

The 28-story building is being designed by the local architecture firm ESa, while interiors come courtesy of New York’s INC Architecture & Design. Taking advantage of the South’s weather, indoor-outdoor living is being prioritized via private terraces and a rooftop swimming pool. The sleek, neutral-toned design scheme will mirror that found throughout the hotel, but homeowners will have access to dedicated amenities separate from those afforded to hotel guests. That includes a private lobby with valet and concierge services, a gym, a private dining room, a lounge and wet bar, a game and screening room, and even a golf simulator. The hotel’s pool, spa, and restaurants will also be available for residents and their guests.

With the new Nashville development sitting in close proximity to the city’s downtown area and Music Row, perhaps we’ll hear of a country-music celeb or two throwing down for a Music City condo soon.

This isn’t the Edition’s first foray into the world of private residences. The hospitality brand is developing stand-alone properties in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. And while neither of those towers has debuted just yet, they have attracted some big-name residents already. Last year, the F1 driver Charles Leclerc snapped up a waterfront unit at the upcoming Miami property. It’s unclear exactly which res
