Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings is one of four state attorneys general leading a coalition that’s published an open letter addressing the Trump administration’s recent attacks on law firms.
The letter expresses support for Perkins Coie, Jenner & Block, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr and Susman Godfrey, the four firms that have sued to block executive orders, and disappointment with firms that have worked out deals with the administration in order to have executive orders involving them walked back.
