eBay Sellers Can Apply for a K Grant to Grow Their Biz

eBay is giving away $10,000 grants and other perks to 50 active sellers in the US through its annual Up and Running program. Sellers can apply on the Hello Alice website.

In explaining the UP and Running grant program, now in its 6th year, eBay said: “In partnership with Hello Alice, this initiative empowers eBay business sellers to stay up and running and grow with confidence. Whether you’re looking to expand your product line, streamline your operations, or invest in the tools needed to take your business to the next level, this grant is here to help.”

The 50 US winning sellers will receive the following:

  • $10,000 in cash to invest in your business growth.
  • A $500 stipend to purchase essential technology from eBay Refurbished.
  • Access to eBay education and seller resources to help you scale efficiently.

Sellers must apply by June 6, and eBay will email winning grant recipients in August, the same month eBay will be celebrating its 30th anniversary at its eBay Open in-person (and virtual) event.

Amazon is also running a grants program, but for up to 15 small-business customers rather than sellers. “Existing Amazon Business small business customers based in the US with annual revenues of $1 million or less and have made a purchase on Amazon Business within the 12 months preceding May 1, 2025 can apply for a grant.” Applications close on May 23, 2025.
