Spain’s Pérez-Llorca has stepped up its Latin America expansion drive with a full legal and economic integration deal with Gómez-Pinzón, a top law firm in Colombia.
The merger brings 120 lawyers in Bogotá and Medellín, and comes about a year after Pérez-Llorca’s entry into Latin America via a combination with leading Mexican firm González Calvillo.
