Microsoft said it has “disconnected” the International Criminal Court’s top prosecutor from its services in response to Trump-administration sanctions, but denied claims—including from the ICC itself—that it cut off the entire prosecutorial office in the Hague.
The disconnection comes amid EU concerns about risks to its digital sovereignty posed by over-reliance on U.S. tech companies.
