As she counts down the days to her “unconventional” wedding, Alexis Bellino offered more inside looks at her life with John Janssen. And, yes, the engaged couple is still going strong.
On May 24, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum shared photos and videos of her and John’s fun-filled outing with some of their kids. As seen in a recent Instagram post, the pair took a quick trip to Chula Vista, California, for the official kickoff of Hardy’s Jim Bob World Tour. Alexis confessed she didn’t know much about the singer-songwriter, but had a great time nonetheless.

“A lil Hardy concert with our older kiddos!!” she captioned the carousel, which included a photo of her and John standing in the crowd. “I hate to admit I never knew Hardy played any genre except country. So thank you kiddos for teaching me the ways. Please keep me young and hip.”
Several days before the concert, Alexis came through with another peek at her and John’s blended family life. The former Housewife reposted an amusing video of her, John, and his kids doing a TikTok dance challenge at a wedding.
“Whoa whoa whoa …” she captioned the May 17 Reel, “my knees are still working barely thank goodness… (kids made me do it).”

The update came roughly nine months after John proposed to Alexis on their nine-month anniversary.
“On Cloud 9, celebrating 9 months of love and laughter, and looking forward to my forever with you,” Alexis wrote in her August 2024 engagement announcement. “Every moment together has been a gift. I am so in love with you and the beautiful life we’re building together. And the answer is 100000000% yes.”
Alexis and John were introduced in late 2023 at The Quiet Woman restaurant in Orange County. They each entered the relationship with three kids from previous marriages. Alexis and her ex-husband, Jim Bellino, share a 19-year-old son, James Bellino, and 17-year-old twins, Miles and Mackenna Bellino. John is a father to two adult daughters and an adult son.

Alexis spoke about her blended family in a 2024 interview with Today, comparing their dynamic to that of The Brady Bunch.
“It’s awesome,” she said about the relationship between her and John’s kids. “I mean, there is an age gap between them. His children are 20s and 30s, my kids are teenagers still.”
She continued: “It’s really cool to see it. I know once my kids finish college, they’ll all kind of be in the same realm. I don’t think the 10-year age difference will matter at that point.”
