Federal Circuit Lets Trump Administration Continue Global Tariffs, Pausing Trade Court Order


The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit agreed to pause a trade court order requiring President Donald Trump to unravel his tariffs on goods from virtually every country.

The Trump administration had asked the circuit to stay the U.S. Court of International Trade order for an appeal, arguing that the ruling threatened to upend the president’s ongoing talks with governments looking to reduce their tariff rates.
