When it comes to celebrating Pride, epic parties, brunches, parades, and celebrations are usually the first events that come to mind, but it’s equally important to figure out exactly where to stay. Sure, you know to head to Fifth Ave to join in on New York’s Pride March (or Market Street in San Francisco), but you might have equally as many questions to answer about where to go after the party’s over. Our picks for the best LGBTQ+ friendly hotels to book this Pride Month place you close to the action, yet with enough distance from the streets that you can truly take in those sweet moments of peace. Many have a long history of partnering with LGBTQ+ organizations and are actively sponsoring local Pride events. We also made sure to include the most happening lounges, rooftops, and pool decks to keep the party rolling. These 27 LGBTQ+ friendly hotels in nine of the cities with the biggest Pride events throughout the US (plus Toronto as a bonus) keep the revelry going for as long as you desire.

Canada’s most populous city is home to one of the world’s most popular Pride celebrations, which stretches on for four days, packed with festivals, performances, and several parades. Highlights include a drag ball hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race star and season 17 winner Onya Nurve, a “Gaysian” comedy showcase, and a Two-Spirit and Indigenous Pride celebration. With over 200 languages spoken in the city and a plethora of different cultural neighborhoods from Little Tibet to Greektown on Danforth Avenue, Toronto Pride is one of the most diverse in the world and amplifies the city’s preexisting status as an ever-growing cauldron of identities.
