There’s been a surprising development in Alexia Nepola’s love life.
During her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, The Real Housewives of Miami mom was pressed about her relationship with her ex-husband, Todd Nepola. As you might recall, the pair called it quits in April 2024 but reconciled months later as they continued their divorce process.
Alexia and Todd’s divorce was finalized in March of 2025 after they reached “an amicable divorce settlement.” Although her marriage with Todd was officially over, Alexia repeatedly claimed their romance was still very much intact — at least up until a few days ago.

“Alexia, once and for all, what is your current relationship status with Todd?” host Andy Cohen asked during the June 18 “Truth Bomb” segment.
“So, currently, we’re not together,” Alexia said.
Andy then asked the Miami mom how recently she and Todd had been “intimate” together.
“Last few months?” he asked, to which Alexia replied, “No. The last few days.”
Andy was slightly confused by the response, as Alexia had just revealed she and Todd were no longer together.
“Well, today’s Wednesday. So, yeah,” she said, suggesting she and Todd had split in recent days.
“That sh-t flips on a dime, Andy,” RHOM friend Marysol Patton added with a laugh. “It’s daily.”

Alexia acknowledged that many people — including her bestie Marysol — disagreed with her and Todd’s on-again, off-again relationship, and questioned why she had such a hard time leaving her estranged husband. Alexia declined to provide details, but said more would be revealed in RHOM Season 7, which premiered June 11.
“You’re gonna have to watch the whole season,” Alexia said. “What happens is that you’re gonna see highs and lows in my relationship and in my journey. You guys don’t see the full story.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Alexia revealed where her sons, Peter and Frankie Rosello, stand with Todd. She said the boys — whom she shares with her first husband, Pedro Rosello — had no issues with her ex.
“You know, Frankie loves everyone. And Frankie has always had a lot of love for Todd,” she said. “And, you know, Peter [is] the same. They don’t butt into my business.”
