Chrysler issued a recall covering just 140 Pacifica and Voyager minivans from model year 2023 because their rearview cameras may not display an image.
Chrysler told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) the problem is physical, not software-related. Some cameras were built with a missing internal connection. The company has isolated the problem to a specific lot of cameras received from a supplier.
Dealers will replace the camera to fix the problem.
Carmakers try to notify the owners of recalled vehicles, but those efforts aren’t always 100% effective. To check if your car is part of a recall, try our easy VIN check tool in our recall center.
