Integrated Ventures, Inc. has rebranded as MedWell Ai Inc.

The rebranding reflects the company’s move away from legacy operations. MedWell Ai is moving toward a portfolio model focused on developing, acquiring, and licensing high-growth AI platforms within the health care sector. It signals a strategic shift into artificial intelligence (AI)-driven health care, digital wellness, and pharmaceutical ecommerce.

The pivot comes as it posted a net loss of $1.3 million in its fiscal Q1, which ended March 31. In the quarter, its revenue was $380,000. Meanwhile, over the trailing 12 months, MedWell Ai reported $1.52 million in revenue. The figures underscore its early-stage investment phase and transition into new business areas.

As part of its restructuring, MedWell Ai has launched several business units to create what it calls a “next-generation health care infrastructure.”

MedWell Ai rebrands: New business units, platform rollouts

    • MedWell USA, LLC. The company’s B2B ecommerce platform (MedWellUSA.com) currently offers more than 80 pharmaceutical and wellness products. Operated under a revenue-sharing agreement with a licensed pharmaceutical supplier, the site also integrates AI for regulatory compliance, CRM, and real-time logistics. A master licensing deal supports ongoing AI deployment.
    • TeleMD.Ai. Still under development, this telehealth platform aims to connect individual consumers and corporate clients with licensed health care providers for virtual consultations and care services.
    • MedWell Facilities, LLC. In partnership with Giant Fitness Clubs and Driptide Wellness, the company has opened its first wellness clinic in New Jersey. The clinic uses AI tools to support services such as weight loss management, IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, and traditional care. This division is also responsible for real estate development and implementing performance-optimization software across physical locations.

“We are building a next-generation health care infrastructure that supports longevity and patient well-being through data-driven decision-making and scalable AI tools,” the company said in a statement. “With a focus on compliant pharmaceutical distribution, digital health innovation, and strategic partnerships, MedWell Ai is positioned to become a major force in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.”

While revenue remains modest and losses have widened, the company is betting on AI-enabled tools, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships to drive future growth. MedWell said.
