Baglietto and Meyer Davis Just Teamed up on a Sleek 183-Foot Superyacht

Baglietto just unveiled a stunning sanctuary on the seas.

The Italian shipyard teamed up with New York design studio Meyer Davis to bring the warm, modern interiors of its new 183-foot superyacht to life. Christened Vesta56, an homage to the Roman goddess of home and hearth, the brand’s latest vessel ups the ante on classic contemporary living.

And that notion starts right as you step inside Vesta56. Here, everything is meant to evoke the feeling of your own luxe home. Travertine, raffia, cognac leather, and dark anthracite finishes are abound, adding rich textures and shapes as you move about the superyacht. The main deck salon, the dining room, and the upper lounge are all filed with sculptural lines and large windows that blur the lines between the interior and the sea.

Room-wise, the superyacht is home to four guest cabins, a VIP cabin, and an owner’s suite that can sleep up to 12 guests. That owner’s suite, in particular, is rather striking, with neutral, calming tones accompanied by massive windows that let you take in those ocean views from nearly every angle. The accommodation also comes with its own spacious open foredeck that’s for the owner and the owner alone, topped with a private pool.

“We were inspired by the name Vesta56 for its rich symbolism—the quiet strength of home, the comfort of sanctuary, and the enduring presence of spaces designed not just for living, but for feeling truly at home,” Gray Davis, Meyer Davis’s cofounder, said in a statement. “Each material, curve, and proportion is imbued with intention to reflect that spirit.”

Outside, meanwhile, renowned yacht designer Enrico Gobbi (of Team for Design) is at the helm. The Venice-based studio had aviation on the mind when designing the exterior: It took inspiration from the wings of a private jet when crafting the ultra-thin aft deck overhang. Those aeronautical elements continue in Vesta56’s long, flowing silhouette, meant to evoke striking, uninterrupted lines throughout the exterior. You’ll also find more two—yes, two—other pools—dotted throughout the 183-footer, including an infinity pool on the aft platform with plenty of space for lounging.

As for speed, range, and other tech info, no details have been released as of yet. Baglietto is no stranger to high-tech offerings, though. Its T52 superyacht has a beach club pool that can vanish with just a touch of a button and offers up a nearly 8,000-nautical-mile range, powered by its pair of electric motors and two MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines. We’ll have to wait and see where Vesta56 decides to roam.
