This $13.5 Million Home in Ibiza Has Its Own Infinity Pool and Private Beach Access

Your new vacation home just popped onto the market.

A turnkey residence overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Ibiza has listed for €11,500,000, or $13.5 million, via Charlie Hill at Charles Marlow. Perched on a bluff in the exclusive enclave of Vista Alegre, the four-bedroom abode—dubbed Sa Caixota—also comes with private beach access. The main house and guest suite have been perched at the address since to 1987. Last year, though, the duo was fully reimagined by its current owner, who tapped Dutch designer Eric Kuster to bring its 3,713 square feet of interiors to life.

And it’s not your traditional waterfront home. Sa Caixota features a large wooden front door that rotates open ahead of the gated driveway. You can spread out in the main living area, where the open blueprint places a sunken living room alongside a marble-finished kitchen and dining area. Tranquil azure vistas stop you in your tracks here through the large windows, while the pad’s creamy white and beige color palette also complement gold accents and brass details throughout.

The living room feature two separate sitting areas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Head out the sliding door in the living area to step onto the south-facing terraces, where the heated infinity pool gives you more of those breathtaking views. A Sonos sound system that trails between in and outdoor spaces makes hosting events a breeze. Heading back inside, heated flooring leads the way to two air-conditioned ensuites on ground level, while the primary suite with a marble-clad bathroom and dual walk-in wardrobes sits above.

That’s not all the primary has to offer, though. Owners have access to an expansive wraparound terrace here, where the hot tub sits next to ample space for sun lounging. The panoramic rooftop accessed from the suite also provides you with space for evening stargazing. Elsewhere, a fourth bedroom is located in the separate guest space. Other key features include a smart home system and a private garage that includes laundry and storage areas.

One other perk of calling Sa Caixota your own: its private access to Es Torrent beach. Think eye-catching cliffs, turquoise water, and pine wooded areas that provide the ultimate relaxation spot. A seafood restaurant along its shore is also worth visiting for freshly grilled red prawns, paella, and magnums of Ibizkus Rose.
