“Ms. Slaughter’s purported removal was unlawful and without legal effect,” U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan of the District of Columbia wrote in a decision reinstating Democratic Federal Trade Commissioner member Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and requiring the Trump administration to welcome Slaughter back without interference.
