SJP Properties’ 200 Amsterdam Avenue snagged the top mark for priciest inked deal in Manhattan last week.

The 42nd-floor condo at the Lincoln Square development, asking $21 million, was the most expensive of 29 properties in the borough asking $4 million or more to land buyers between July 14 and July 20, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report.

The total was up from 19 contracts signed in the previous period.

The apartment spans 4,700 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also features views of Central Park, the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Amenities in the building include a fitness center, saltwater pool, golf simulator and terrace.

Serhant’s Peter Zaitzeff and Jamie Hannon took over sales at the 122-unit building last January, replacing Brown Harris Stevens’ Development Marketing. The new sales team notched a $20 million deal for a 41st-floor apartment in February, when the project was roughly 95 percent sold.

Among the units still on the market is a duplex penthouse that was featured on HBO’s “Succession” as Roman Roy’s apartment. The four-bedroom pad occupying the 49th and 50th floors hit the market in 2021 asking $38 million, though its price dropped to $35 million in October.

The second most expensive home to enter contract was a townhouse on the Upper East Side, with an asking price just under $20 million. The 20-foot-wide home at 61 East 80th Street spans 9,000 square feet and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The six-story property last traded for $10.6 million in 2007 and was later renovated. It hit the market in November. The home also features five gas fireplaces, an elevator, garden and rooftop terrace.

Douglas Elliman’s Jodi Sutherland, Lisa Mathias and Lauren Muss had the listing.

Of the 29 properties, 20 were condos, five were co-ops and four were townhouses.

The homes’ combined asking price was $239 million, for an average price of $8.2 million and a median of $6.3 million. The typical home spent more than 500 days on the market and was discounted 5 percent from the original listing price.
