Subtle interior: While the Blazer EV’s interior design is a bit more adventurous, the Honda Prologue’s interior has a subtlety that we appreciate. It’s a nice place to be, with a clean design, comfortable seats, and ergonomically friendly controls.
Elite trim: In Honda parlance, Elite denotes, well, the most elite version of any given model to wear the name. In the case of the Prologue, the Elite trim brings features like a standard dual-motor powertrain, 21-inch wheels, leather seats (heated and ventilated in front), a head-up display, Bose audio, and more.
Front-wheel drive: The single-motor version of the Honda Prologue is front-wheel drive (FWD), while the single-motor 2025 Blazer EV is offered in either rear-wheel drive (RWD) or front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive (AWD) is optional for both models.

2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV
Let’s squash any confusion immediately; despite the similar name, the Chevrolet Blazer EV has no mechanical relation to the gas-powered Chevrolet Blazer. It’s an entirely different, all-electric model with versatility and style worthy of the “Blazer” badging but with the technology, performance, and (lack of) emissions of a modern EV.
Chevrolet Blazer EV Highlights
Stunning SS model: The Chevy Blazer EV SS joins the lineup for 2025, and it’s the most powerful and quickest-accelerating SS model Chevy has ever produced. It has 615 horsepower, a 3.4-second zero-to-60 mph time, and no high-performance counterpart in the Honda Prologue lineup.
Up to 334 miles of range: The Chevy Blazer EV has a longer maximum range than the Honda Prologue. The single-motor rear-drive variant of the Blazer EV achieves an impressive EPA-estimated range of up to 334 miles on a full charge. The dual-motor model has a 283-mile range, which is same as or just under the dual-motor Prologue, depending on trim.
Available Super Cruise: This is our favorite feature that’s optional on the Blazer EV, but unavailable on the Prologue. Super Cruise allows for hands-off-the-wheel, eyes-on-the-road driving on over 400,000 miles of North American highways. It’s one of the best systems of its kind that we’ve tested.
