A split U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Friday tossed a federal judge’s finding of “probable cause” to hold Trump administration officials in criminal contempt over deportation of alleged Tren de Aragua gang members to El Salvador despite an order to halt the flights.
