It’s hard to resist a skincare product that offers multiple benefits. After all, they make any routine so much easier and save time, which is perfect for anyone in a rush or simply just too tired to bother. That’s why I often turn to skincare with vitamin C when I want to renew my complexion in more ways than one.

Fortunately, there are a handful of these glow-boosting and wrinkle-fighting formulas from top brands on sale right now at Dermstore. The beauty retailer just kicked off its Anniversary Sale with up to 25 percent off so many fan-favorite brands until August 14 with the code CHEERS. I’m currently eyeing the La Roche-Posay Vitamin C12 Serum, which is marked down to $36 and from a brand that even celebs like Sarah Jessica Parker swear by.

This lightweight face serum is formulated to renew your complexion with its hydrating, brightening, and smoothing properties. It’s all thanks to its star ingredient, vitamin C, which is a powerhouse when it comes to boosting skin’s radiance and fighting signs of aging. The serum contains a pure and active form of the ingredient (a.k.a. L-ascorbic acid), which is considered the most potent type of vitamin C for topical use.

As a result, the extract is highly effective at increasing collagen to fade wrinkles, improving uneven skin tone, and providing antioxidant protection against environmental aggressors. It also features a 12 percent concentration that’s generally safe for most skin types — though the serum’s ultra-hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid and glycerin also help to minimize any potential irritation, while restoring plumpness to skin. On top of this, the serum includes neurosensine for a soothing effect and salicylic acid to exfoliate and clear acne.

Reviewers were impressed with how the La Roche Posay’s Vitamin C12 Serum improved skin’s texture and tone, too. “I’ve seen a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and dark spots, making my complexion look smoother and more youthful,” said a reviewer. A second shopper shared that their “frown lines have softened up and have become less noticeable” after a few months, while another user similarly added that their wrinkles “look visibly reduced” thanks to this skin-smoothing serum.

Snag the La Roche-Posay Vitamin C12 Serum while it’s on sale for $36 during Dermstore’s Anniversary Sale. Don’t forget — the sales event ends August 14, so make sure to also check out more anti-aging products from popular brands, below.
