Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor have officially taken their friendship to the Hamptons.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agents might call California home, but they’re having no problem fitting in on the East Coast. This has been clear in both Josh and Tracy’s Instagram Stories, where they have been documenting all of the exciting moments from their New York vacation.
Tracy took to her Instagram Story earlier this week, where she posted a video of her wearing a workout outfit and waking up Josh at a Hamptons house. “Rise and shine,” Tracy told Josh, who was very much asleep.
“What are you doing? Are you my neighbor? Did you miss me that you just had to sleep next door to me?” she jokingly asked him.
Later, she took to her own bedroom at the house in the Hamptons, where Josh climbed in with her. “I don’t know if you should sleep with me tonight,” Tracy told Josh. “Because you have a gastro problem. It’s literally not normal.”
In addition to talking about their stomach issues, the friends scrolled through dating apps, before Josh helped Tracy pick out a dress to wear to dinner that evening.

Tracy celebrated her birthday earlier in the month, sharing a look inside of her life on Instagram. The mom of two posted a Reel, filled with clips of her on vacation, surrounded by friends, who hung out with her on a yacht, while she rocked some gorgeous vacation outfits.
“They saved me in ways I’ll never forget,” Tracy wrote in the caption of the post. “Grateful to step into a new decade surrounded by the friends who are my anchor and light. I am one lucky girl.”

How Josh Flagg celebrated his August birthday
Josh celebrated his birthday within days of Tracy. Their mutual friend, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Crystal Kung Minkoff, took to Instagram and penned the sweetest tribute to Josh, Tracy, and her husband, Rob Minkoff, who was also born in August.
“Each of you shine in your own lane — Rob with his vision and storytelling, Tracy with her fearless drive and tenacity, and Josh with his brilliance and wit,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Different paths, same fire.”
