Freelance photographer Pamela Hanson filed a complaint on Tuesday against the Chicago medical spa, Natural Beauty Med Spa, which operates a spa specializing in services like body contouring, weight loss and skin rejuvenation, accusing the business of using one of the plaintiff’s copyrighted photos of actress and singer Jennifer Lopez on its Instagram account, without her authorization.
