Bronson will report to David Chaplin, chief growth and strategy officer, within Southern Glazer’s OneTech organization. OneTech is a centralized technology hub focused on integrating enterprise systems, digital platforms, and data-driven initiatives across the company.

About Southern Glazer’s new CIO
In his new role, Bronson will oversee Southern Glazer’s technology strategy. He will work closely with teams focused on digital acceleration to align IT initiatives with long-term growth and operational objectives. His mandate includes modernizing systems, enhancing digital platforms, and supporting Vision 2030, the company’s strategic plan to modernize operations, strengthen customer experiences, and enable sustainable growth.
Bronson has more than 25 years of experience leading technological transformations for global organizations. He most recently served as senior vice president of global technology infrastructure and operations at McDonald’s, where he spearheaded a worldwide technology overhaul — including a partnership with Google to deploy a private cloud and implement AI-driven personalization across 40,000 restaurants. He has also held senior technology roles at CDK Global, Nike, and Anheuser-Busch InBev, focusing on enterprise cloud migrations, ERP transformations, digital supply chain initiatives, and large-scale modernization programs.
“Technology is central to advancing Vision 2030,” Bronson said. “I look forward to unlocking new capabilities and driving digital innovation across Southern Glazer’s.”
