Stellantis is expanding its fleet support, wholesale parts operations, and digital logistics capabilities through a partnership with Helm and a major new investment in its North American supply network.

The initiative with Helm centers on Mopar Fleet. It uses Stellantis’s centralized billing system, Servicent, to let fleets access service at any of Mopar’s 2,600 dealerships while consolidating invoices into a single monthly statement. Pre-authorization features help fleets manage costs and streamline operations.

Helm is leading the program alongside Stellantis’s existing fleet team. Meanwhile, five Wholesale Managers support dealers and repair shops in deploying Mopar programs and accessing collision and mechanical parts. The effort also emphasizes digital integration, allowing orders, inventory, and billing to be managed online.

How Stellantis is improving its wholesale distribution

Complementing the Helm partnership, Stellantis is investing more than $41 million in a new Mopar parts distribution center in Forsyth, Georgia. The 422,000-square-foot warehouse is located about an hour south of Atlanta. It will employ around 90 union workers and serve dealers across the Southeast for:

    • Chrysler
    • Dodge
    • Jeep
    • Ram
    • Alfa Romeo
    • Fiat

The Forsyth facility will feature an automated storage and retrieval system from AutoStore, where 66 robots manage bins of parts and deliver them to workers for final processing. Stellantis expects the technology to speed up delivery, improve accuracy, and reduce the physical storage footprint. The site will also incorporate energy-saving technologies and sustainable construction practices.

“This facility represents a critical investment in Mopar’s long-term growth strategy,” said Darren Bradshaw, senior vice president of Mopar North America.

The Georgia warehouse adds to a broader push by Stellantis to modernize its supply chain. Earlier this year, the company unveiled a $388 million “Megahub” in Metro Detroit, its largest distribution project to date. It also opened a $64 million center in East Fishkill, New York. Combined with the Forsyth facility, Stellantis has committed over half a billion dollars to parts distribution in 2025.

Through these initiatives, Stellantis is linking traditional dealership and repair operations with digital tools and ecommerce capabilities, aiming to make fleet, collision, and wholesale services more efficient and accessible across its network.
