Sabrina Carpenter is coming to Tribeca, according to The Real Deal. An LLC reportedly tied to the pop star closed on a three-bedroom, four-bath duplex at 108 Leonard. The seller on the 2,900-square-foot apartment is Violet Grey founder Cassandra Grey, who lived there with her ex Samantha Ronson. Grey picked up the duplex in 2022 for $10.8 million, was rumored to have listed it for $12 million in 2023, actually listed it last year for $11.5 million, and dropped it to $10.5 million a few months later. The final sale price was $9.95 million — a steal.
The apartment has four private terraces, two walk-in closets, and a private elevator.

McKim, Mead & White’s Italian Renaissance landmark was built in the 1890s and restored and converted into condos by the Elad Group in 2018. In the years since, the building has seen a steady rotation of celebrities: Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have an apartment there, as well as Zoe Jackson, producer and daughter of Samuel L. Jackson. Clive Davis sold his place there two years after moving in. Raphael De Niro, the son of actor and Tribeca guy Robert De Niro, is part of the team that handles sales in the building. I hope they all get along!
