Marcus Lemonis, the Camping World CEO and television personality behind The Profit and The Fixer, has just put his Montecito estate on the market for $27 million with Compass broker Patrice Serrani. Nestled within Ennisbrook, one of Montecito’s most private and exclusive enclaves, the single-level contemporary home sits on over two acres of landscaped grounds with sweeping ocean and mountain views.
Lemonis has made a name for himself as a business strategist and investor. On CNBC’s The Profit, which ran for eight seasons, he helped struggling small businesses across the country stabilize and thrive. His current show, FOX’s The Fixer, continues in the same vein, taking Lemonis on the road to guide small business owners through operational and financial challenges.
The Montecito property reflects that same balance of ambition and taste, featuring standing-seam metal roofing, refreshed siding, custom stone surrounds on the fireplaces, and rich wood flooring in the office. There’s also Lutron lighting and blackout shades throughout, while custom iron gates replace the original wooden courtyard entry.

Spanning 8,847 square feet, the estate offers five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a flowing open layout. Large windows and glass doors bring in natural light and frame the dramatic views, while multiple fireplaces, a floor-to-ceiling glass front door, and an atrium create focal points throughout the home.
Outdoors, the estate feels like a private resort. There’s a pool and spa, a tennis court, a bocce ball court, and multiple fire pits. The gardens are planted with fruit trees—lemons, oranges, tangerines, plums, and peaches—adding both beauty and purpose to the grounds.

Due to its gated entrance, Ennisbrook has long been a discreet magnet for celebrities and high-net-worth individuals. Current and past residents include Benji Madden and Cameron Diaz, and the neighborhood recently made headlines when Kendall Jenner purchased Ellen DeGeneres’ former 6-acre equestrian estate for $23 million.
Montecito’s broader real estate market further underscores the area’s prestige. As of August 2025, the median list price in Montecito stood at approximately $6.2 million, with high-end estates and oceanfront properties often commanding premiums exceeding $10 million. In July, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo listed their Montecito home for $65 million. They had acquired the Georgian-style property in a discreet off-market deal for $52 million from private equity executive Jack McGinley. Designed by architect Don Nulty, the residence was originally built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe.
